Management Contract:
We begin by establishing a management contract between the owner and our real estate agent. This fundamental document defines all the terms and conditions, ensuring clarity and trust from the outset.
Digital Marketing
We boost your property's visibility through a digital marketing campaign on multiple recognized platforms such as the MLS, Zillow, and Rental.com. Your property will reach a wide and prominent audience!
We connect your property to a network of 40,000 real estate agents who also promote it. This maximizes your reach and your chances of finding ideal tenants.

Prequalification and Owner Approval
We accept applications and conduct thorough background checks to ensure tenants are financially sound.
Depending on credit score, a security deposit equivalent to 1 to 2 months' rent is required.
Pre-qualified tenants are presented to the landlord for approval. We coordinate the process to ensure a smooth and efficient acceptance.
We draft a lease agreement compliant with Florida law, reviewed by an attorney from our firm. We coordinate the signing of the lease and payment of the security deposit, and before finalizing the lease, we facilitate a tour of the property so tenants can experience their future home.
